That means physical health (diet and nutrition), but also emotional/mental & spiritual. When one area is out of balance, the whole system is out of balance!

Welcome! I’m Caitlin - a Registered Dietitian focused on a holistic, client-centred approach.

My belief is that nutritional health is rooted in all areas of the body- meaning that there is always a need to consider emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. While my focus is on encouraging mindful, healthy eating, some other techniques I use include: stress-reduction, examining underlying beliefs and triggers, and visualization.

My goal is for you to feel whole-body healing at the end of our sessions!

I have a Masters degree in Nutrition Communication, and a diploma in Mind-Body Wellness and Holistic Life Coaching.
